EmpowerHer Self-Defense LLC orders will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after the purchase is completed (Unless stated otherwise on the home page).
All orders are shipped with USPS. Usually, the USPS delivers on time, but due to Covid-19 or during high seasons, delays might occur. EmpowerHer Self-Defense LLC
ships with first class packaging only.
Once the order has been shipped, is not responsible for any lost packages with a delivered status. You, as the customer, will have to file a claim with USPS directly.
Any packages returned due to incorrect entry of the shipping address or if the customer failed to pick up from P.O. Box (in case a P.O. Box was used as a shipping address) will be subject to a $7.00 charge to obtain a new shipping label.
